This Art Nouveau hotel, with views of Trifels Castle, will be our home throughout the retreat — a setting where timeless style meets warmth and a true sense of belonging.

Comfortable & elegant dining:
Our meals will be served in bright, welcoming rooms — a space to connect, savor, and share inspiring conversations.

And the view…
Most rooms offer a stunning panorama of Trifels Castle, inspiring you every single morning.

Meet our llamas — fluffy, independent, and full of wisdom.
They’ll walk with us on the trails, guiding us to experience true leadership: grounded, mindful, and calm.

“Our little leadership coaches — the llamas. These charming, occasionally stubborn creatures guide us through leadership exercises… and sometimes keep us on our toes!”

The Palatinate Forest sets the perfect scene — offering peace, clarity, and a deep, authentic connection with nature.

Ever heard of a Draisine?
It’s a light, four-wheeled rail vehicle, originally used to inspect railway tracks — now transformed into a unique experience that blends teamwork and muscle power.
The name honors Karl Friedrich Drais from Mannheim (1785–1851), inventor of the bicycle.

On this 20.9-kilometer route, it’s not just your stamina that’s challenged — teamwork, coordination, and a good dose of humor are essential. Along the way, you’ll operate traffic lights and lift barriers by hand.

It’s great fun, especially when everyone has to work together!
A view that immediately eases your pace:
From some rooms, take in the sweeping sight of the majestic Trifels Castle, surrounded by the soft hills of the Palatinate.
Each day starts here with serenity, clarity, and a deep sense of connection.
The ideal setting to reflect, breathe, and embark fully on your personal journey.
Discover Leadership in Action — or What Happens When a Llama Chooses Its Own Path
Here’s a sneak peek at our llama walk:
My friend guides the way with confidence — until the llama decides the grass is more enticing than our planned route and just stops.
A perfect illustration of real leadership: staying present, being patient, and keeping a sense of humor — especially when the unexpected happens.
Teamwork on Rails — The Draisine Experience

Powered by effort, laughter, and camaraderie, we glide through stunning scenery — realizing that sometimes, this is exactly what learning feels like
