I am an executive coach, leadership trainer, and a truly global player!   

I have a Business Degree from Germany and have over two decades of experience in the corporate world as a Marketing Director and M&A Communications Director as well as Leadership experience.  

I have lived, worked in, or traveled to five continents.  Working for Siemens and other multinational companies gave me management experience in five different capacities. This deep understanding of the global business environment combined with my coaching experience enables me to understand and support my clients. It also gives me the ability to understand how different cultures and upbringing changes the way people see things and allows me to support my clients to shift how they observe things, which in turn will lead to desired results.   I can nurture my clients’ individual strengths, break old habits by asking powerful questions, and uncover blind spots that are hiding new paths to success.  I support this by co-creating new embodied practices that will make the experience even more successful through my somatic approach.   

I offer executive coaching and leadership coaching and training as well as personal development in two languages -German, English.

I am in a happy intercultural marriage and have two wonderful sons.

 Sarah is the head/only coach, educator, and facilitator at Home|Body Creative, where she’s worked with hundreds of creatively inclined professionals who want the freedom and confidence to be more of who they truly are in everything they do. She helps people cultivate embodied self-awareness and trust; create clarity around values, integrity, and belonging; and tap into the power they already possess to experience life and work on their terms. She brings her 20+ years of creative, design, and teaching experience to help her clients get curious and brave, engaging in a process to explore what’s possible beyond fear, the stories that keep them stuck, and the drudgery of the status quo.

Sarah offers personal and professional development coaching for individuals and is an executive coach for HEB, Inc. As a leadership development facilitator and trainer, she has had the privilege of working with groups of leaders at Bank of America, Amazon, Cox Automotive, and Ascension Texas Foundations, among others. When she’s not creating the next workshop or course offering, Sarah spends her time hiking up mountains (sometimes imagined, but mostly real) to take a view and right-size the stakes of this one wild and beautiful life.

EJ is happily married to a wonderful man and is blessed with 2 rambunctious girls. 

Caroline is an ICF certified executive and systemic team coach, professional speaker & organizational 'therapist' specializing in positive disruption, leadership development, team coaching, and organizational transformation.

Her coaching focus is centered around supporting leaders and teams to navigate the complexities of a volatile and complex business world by helping them ‘lead from their edge.’  Her coaching style has been described as explorative, respectfully provocative, challenging, authentic, thought-provoking, insightful, and a breath of fresh air!  She believes that coaching, whether one on one or team, is always an adventure into the unknown and she likes nothing more than partnering with her clients to help them turn their challenges into opportunities and their leadership into performance art.  (while also having some fun in the process!).

Her work has been deeply informed by her own high profile leadership experiences in one of the most disruptive brands in the world - Richard Branson’s Virgin Group, together with 20+ years of international coaching and consulting experience in leadership and culture development. Her approach is truly multi-cultural. She is half English, half Irish, and has lived and worked in the USA, Africa/ South Africa, UK/Europe, New Zealand, and India working with/for global organizations like Virgin, Deloitte, Hewlett Packard, Ernst and Young, Delta Airlines, Duke Corporate Education, Microsoft and Project Management Institute.

Caroline is an accredited Ontological coach certified by the Newfield Institute (AU) and Institute of Generative Leadership (USA).  She is also a certified profiling coach with the Leadership Circle 360-Assessment, a Leadership Embodiment / Mindfulness in Action Coach, (USA), Clinical Hypnotherapist (NZ), and Systemic Teach Coach (UK). She is also an international partner in the ADIZES management institute and a professional speaker at conferences and events.  Caroline lives in London and works globally with her clients and is on a journey to complete P.h.D in Conscious Leadership Development.

  Greg Karl is a published author and speaker on the topics of Life and Leadership Development and Effectiveness, OKRs, Revenue Growth, Business Operating Systems, and Emotional Intelligence.

Greg began his career as an Options Trader in Chicago, later becoming a founder and investor in several businesses.  Greg became President/COO of Epicurean Group in 2008 leading the organization to double-digit growth, becoming one of the largest privately-held organizations of its kind.

During his leadership journey and actively scaling organizations, Greg chose to pursue expertise and certifications in such disciplines as The Institute for Generative Leadership, The Center for Appreciative Inquiry, Five Dysfunctions of a Team, Crucial Conversations, Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS/Traction), and what is widely known as the “Harvard of Coaching Schools”, the Newfield Network.

Greg’s passion for leadership led him to be selected as one of the Denver Business Journal’s, Forty Under 40 recipients as well as a 12+ year member of the Young Presidents Organization (YPO).  Greg was recently recognized for the YPO International Award of “Best Presidents Retreat” for planning and co-facilitating this transformational event.

 Sanae Parra, a seasoned FMCG / sports industry business executive and a leadership coach, brings two decades of experience collaborating with leaders across borders and functions. She has worked with various clients seeking for a transformational change and hosted numerous learning workshops on leadership mastery and mindset.

Sanae believes that all people are born leaders and that success is never a destination but a journey. As a co-active partner, she takes the client into the inner self, thereby tapping into the wisdom and possibilities that were not available before. Through deep human connection, Sanae helps every client to bring self on a conscious leadership journey of ever becoming, unfolding, and expanding.

Sanae holds a Bachelor's degree in business from Sophia University in Tokyo and an MBA from ESADE Business School in Barcelona. She can provide coaching and learning workshops in three languages - English, German or Japanese.
